Men’s Introduction to Golf
For those of you who have not ever played the game of golf, or are maybe looking for a refresher course on playing the game, the Men’s introduction to Golf class will get you into the swing of things. Each attendee will complete six beginning clinics under the supervision of Bear Suarez and Dave Kaspar. Additionally, attendees will receive 20 complementary buckets of range balls to hone their skills. Upon completion of the clinics, participants will receive 10 twilight golf passes which will enable you to get comfortable with playing the course. By completion of this program, you will be on your way to becoming a regular on the links! Contact 433-2255 to register for this program.
Men’s Monday Madness and Men’s Events
Enjoy free golf every Monday year round. Beginning March 21st, we will periodically be featuring an event throughout the season with a special golf format with prizes and food and beverage specials. Golf is complementary for Rec District Residents. Each play-day will feature a special format with prizes and social events following. This year’s first event …. Back by popular demand is the 2016 …Crawfish Scramble – April 22nd!
Four Man Scramble. Shotgun start begins at 8:30 AM. Sign up in the Golf Shop. Dave Kaspar will select teams. The 18 - hole scramble is followed by an after golf cookout featuring a crawfish boil and keg beer and soft drinks. Cost for golf, prizes and the crawfish boil is $20 for Rec District holders. Rec District Family Play Day The first Sunday of each month is Family Day at the National. Join us for an afternoon of golf, followed by some great specials after the round. Call the golf shop to book your tee time now.
